Speaker · Trainer · Consultant
Helping organizations bring their people up to speed on AI and CRM — clearly, practically, and without the jargon.
Most companies in 2026 have the same two technology problems. The first is that their people don't know how to use AI well, even though almost every job will require it within two years. The second is that the systems holding their customer data — the CRMs they invested in years ago — are quietly underperforming what's now possible.
I help with both. As an author, speaker, and consultant with forty years in business technology and more than two years of deep work with the current generation of AI tools, I work with organizations who need someone who can actually teach this material — to mixed audiences, in plain language, without making anyone feel stupid for asking.
I bring two things most AI speakers don't: a working consulting practice that gives me fresh case studies every week, and twenty years of teaching experience that means I can hold a room and actually leave it changed.

Signature topics
Keynote · Workshop
The plain-English overview of what the current generation of AI tools can genuinely do for a working organization. What's hype, what's real, what to start using this quarter, and what to wait on. For mixed-audience rooms where the answer needs to land for everyone from the CEO to the newest hire.
Workshop · Training Series
The actual training program. Multi-session, hands-on, built around the four tools that matter most — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok. Participants leave able to use AI in their actual daily work, not just nod along when it's discussed in meetings.
Keynote · Workshop
Why a free, open-source CRM paired with AI is now genuinely better than the commercial platforms costing fifty times more — and what that means for organizations rethinking their customer-data infrastructure in 2026 and beyond.
Workshop · Training Series
Hands-on training for teams adopting or extending SuiteCRM. Covers the working patterns of using AI as a development partner, the reporting capabilities most users never reach, and the customization paths that turn SuiteCRM into a genuine competitive advantage.
Keynote
A warmer, more entertaining keynote about what's coming — autonomous vehicles, AI in medicine, the changing shape of professional work — for audiences who want a serious topic delivered with humor, stories, and the occasional cartoon. Excellent for association conferences and after-dinner slots.
Custom
Most engagements are tailored. Tell me the audience, the time available, and the outcome you need, and we'll design something specific — a one-hour keynote, a half-day workshop, a multi-week training series, or a combined speaking-and-consulting engagement.
A sense of the room
Two cartoons from the talks and the books — the kind of moment that makes a serious topic land harder, not lighter.
Engagement formats
45–60 minutes
The conference keynote, the company all-hands, the association annual meeting. One signature topic, delivered for a mixed audience. Audiences leave informed, entertained, and with a clearer view of what to do next.
Half day · Full day
The deeper engagement. Hands-on training for a single team or department. Participants bring laptops, leave with skills and a clear plan. Best for L&D programs, leadership offsites, and internal upskilling initiatives.
4–12 weeks
The full programmatic engagement. Multi-week training across a workforce, with measurable outcomes and ongoing support. Best for organizations serious about AI literacy across the whole team.
Who I work with
HR and learning-and-development teams running AI literacy initiatives for non-technical staff. The engagements are usually a mix of a kickoff keynote followed by hands-on workshop sessions.
Industry events for real estate, financial services, healthcare, legal, hospitality, and small business. AI is the most-requested topic at most of these conferences through 2027.
Regional business audiences who need an honest, practical introduction to AI without the Silicon Valley overlay. Often paired with a Q&A and informal follow-up.
Universities, MBA programs, and corporate learning programs spinning up AI curricula. Custom multi-session engagements that anchor a longer-form course.
Get in touch
The best way to start is a short conversation. Tell me about the audience, the date, and what you need — and I'll come back with a clear proposal within a few days.
